Phil is a seasoned senior business executive who as had roles as Board Director, CEO, Asia President, and America’s Growth Leader in the specialty materials, apparel, and distribution industries.
\nHe has served as an independent lead director for an aerospace materials company, senior advisor for a large boutique consulting firm in the US, strategic partner for a Chinese specialty materials supplier, and Director\/Group CEO for a Swiss-owned, China focused clothing manufacturer and retailer.<\/p>\n
Prior to his 20 years in business, Phil was an infantry officer in the US Army. He is a 1988 graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and holds a Master’s in Business Management from Central Michigan University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University.<\/p>\n
Phil and his Hong Kong based team, currently work with international companies on operational excellence, business improvement, and exit.
