He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), The Institute of Management Consultants, The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Association of Merger &amp; Acquisition Advisors (AM&amp;MA), and is a founding member of the Tampa chapter of the Private Directors Association.
