His approach is a deep understanding of facts, causal issues, and data – and leveraging extensive proven experience by executing a uniquely cogent, collaborative and sustainable plan, driving improved financial, operational, and sales results. Paul is known for his fierce work ethic, objective analysis, extensive network, candid navigation of challenges, barriers and stakeholders and an ability to motivate and assemble teams, resources and strategies for dramatic transformation of organizations.
